Planning is underway for the 2017 FIeld Meet. As discussed at the 2016 AGM the board is looking into other venues for hosting the Meet. Contact has been made for the Field Meet location to be centralized out of the Rosebud Community Hall. This will give attendees access to the hall throughout the weekend. Rosebud will serve as the central meeting spot and is a short drive to our hunting grounds.
There is unserviced camping on site and serviced campgrounds locally. There are numerous B&B's in the town. Drumheller will continue to be an option for accommodation, it is 35km away. The board is excited to plan this meet and are looking forward to a more social and inclusive time. The dates for the meet have been set, October 13, 14, & 15.
